Manufacturing Process
Lubripack (Pty) Ltd uses extrusion blow moulding to manufacture our specialist lubricant containers. This process enables the addition of convenient handles, anti-glug functionality and decorative embossing.
Lubripack has injected significant capacity in our Durban manufacturing plant with technically advanced equipment, and our plants operate under strict hygiene and safety controlled conditions.
We offer testing services to ensure packaging integrity, especially for potentially hazardous contents.
Raw Materials
Lubripack (Pty) Ltd uses High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) to manufacture our lubricant range.
Excellent chemical resistance and high tensile strength ensure that our packaging safely contains chemicals and can withstand rough handling.
Our procurement is governed by strict quality specifications and supplier selection which ensures consistency of our product and full traceability.
UN Approved packs are available.
We strive to use regrind granulate as much as possible and offer recycled material (rHDPE) options. We do not manufacture PVC (poly vinyl chloride) containers.
We pay voluntary levies on our raw materials to actively contribute towards reducing packaging waste to landfill and to drive recycling initiatives which create jobs and protect our environment.
All our packaging clearly indicates the HDPE identification symbol for easier recycling.
